Debra Garzolini joined Pelstar in 2013, starting with executive support before transitioning to Customer Service Manager in 2018. In that role, she focused on delivering top-tier support to our customers. With over 20 years of diverse experience in executive and sales support, customer service, marketing, and product development, Debra has been a pivotal part of our team's success.

Now, as the newly appointed Director of Customer Success, Debra is excited to oversee the development and implementation of our customer success strategies.
